This project was the complete demolition of an existing two storey dwelling and shop premises to make way for 5 self contained apartments with a shop premises on the ground floor. 

The facade of the building contains a corten steel cladding with facing brick, aluminium windows. The roof features a blue roof that collects all rain water to feed the green roof. This results in 0 surface water run-off from the properties.
