Blueprint undertook a feasibility study exploring the possibility of extending single storey to the rear, a loft conversion and minor reconfigurations within.
The property is a Victorian end of terrace, featuring a double height bay to the front, original outrigger to rear with a detached garage. Being an end of terrace, the property benefits from side access with the plot being uniquely larger than others on the street. Additional access is also available to St Georges park to the rear of the property. Views to the park are desirable.
The result of the design is an extension that is in keeping with the existing property, featuring pennant stone and Crittall style glazing. The enlarged kitchen area steps down to the garden with a picture window framing views to the park.
